We celebrate the Launch of WEAll Austria! Get to know our lively network and discuss the Roadmap for Eradicating Poverty Beyond Growth with former UN special rapporteur Olivier De Schutter.
The Wellbeing Economy Alliance Austria (WEAll Austria) is the Austrian hub of the international Wellbeing Economy Alliance. Its aim is to shape the economy in such a way that people’s wellbeing, social justice and the protection of the planet are considered in conjunction to each other and implemented holistically.
WEAll Austria was founded by the following organisations: GLOBAL 2000 – Friends of the Earth Austria, Economy for the Common Good, Degrowth Vienna, Umweltdachverband, Donut Vienna, AEMS Summer School and Growth in Transition.
On 7 October 2026, WEAll Austria hosts its launch event at the Blumenfabrik (Neustiftgasse 36, 1070 Vienna) from 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm.
We are particularly delighted to welcome Olivier De Schutter as our keynote speaker. He is the Executive Director of New Economics for Eradicating Poverty and served as the UN Special Rapporteur on extreme poverty and human rights until May 2026.
Die Wellbeing Economy Alliance Austria (WEAll Austria) ist der österreichische Hub der internationalen Wellbeing Economy Alliance. Ihr Ziel ist es, die Wirtschaft so zu gestalten, dass das Wohlergehen der Menschen, soziale Gerechtigkeit und der Schutz des Planeten gemeinsam gedacht und umgesetzt werden.

Am 07. Oktober 2026 lädt WEAll Austria alle Interessierten von 18:30 bis 21:30 Uhr zu einer Auftaktveranstaltung in die Blumenfabrik (Neustiftgasse 36, 1070 Wien) ein.
Wir freuen uns besonders Olivier De Schutter als Keynote-Speaker begrüßen zu dürfen. Er ist Vorstand von New Economics for Eradicating Poverty und war bis Mai 2026 UN-Sonderberichterstatter zu extremer Armut und Menschenrechten.
