Today's energy
The main goal of the project within the Week of Sustainable Development will be holding a workshop and exploring the geothermal energy sources of Slavonia .
The main goal of the project will be the exploration of energy topics, with a special emphasis on the geothermal energy sources of Slavonia. The students will hold a workshop through which they will develop critical thinking, teamwork, and seek sustainable solutions for today's energy challenges and the local community through practical work, research, and experiments. Through various investigations, they will discover the potential of geothermal energy in their region and , which will prepare them for a better understanding and adoption of the STEM field, as well as a potential future career in STEM in the context of the green transition and sustainable development.
Glavni cilj projekta bit će istraživanje energetskih tema, s posebnim naglaskom na geotermalne izvore energije Slavonije. Učenici će održati radionicu kroz koju će kroz praktičan rad, istraživanja i eksperimente razvijati kritičko mišljenje, timski rad te tražiti održiva rješenja za energetske izazove današnjice i lokalne zajednice. Kroz različita istraživanja upoznat će potencijale geotermalne energije svoga kraja, što će ih pripremiti za bolje razumijevanje i usvajanje STEM područja, kao i eventualno buduće zanimanje u STEM području u kontekstu zelene tranzicije i održivog razvoja.
