Social Dialogue and Collective Bargaining for a more sustainable Catalonia
The Labour Relations Council of Catalonia works to promote quality employment and a just transition through actions aligned with the SDGs
In line with the Ministerial Declaration adopted at the 2026 High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF), which calls for accelerating the implementation of the 2030 Agenda through transformative, equitable and coordinated action, the Labour Relations Council of Catalonia reaffirms its commitment to sustainable development.
Through social dialogue and concertation, it promotes initiatives aimed at fostering a more inclusive, safe and high-quality labour market in Catalonia, contributing to a just transition and shared prosperity.
As part of the European Sustainable Development Week, it is organising several activities linked to the SDGs:
• on 30 September, a session of the Dialogues on Young People and the Values of Work;
• on 2 October, a training session on inclusive capitalism as part of the 12th Training Programme on Social Responsibility and Sustainability;
• and on 6 October, the Occupational Health and Safety Comitte in Lleida, focusing on the prevention of occupational accidents.
These actions are part of a broader programme featuring sessions on equality plans, carcinogenic agents at work and the 40th anniversary of the European Union, as well as a session with universities in Catalonia to reflect on sustainability challenges. These activities will take place during the fourth quarter of 2026.

En línia amb la Declaració ministerial adoptada al Fòrum Polític d’Alt Nivell sobre Desenvolupament Sostenible (HLPF) 2026, que fa una crida a accelerar la implementació de l’Agenda 2030 mitjançant accions transformadores, equitatives i coordinades, el Consell de Relacions Laborals de Catalunya reafirma el seu compromís amb el desenvolupament sostenible.
A través del diàleg i la concertació social, impulsa iniciatives orientades a promoure un mercat de treball més inclusiu, segur i de qualitat a Catalunya, contribuint a una transició justa i a una prosperitat compartida.
En el marc de la Setmana Europea del Desenvolupament Sostenible, organitza diverses activitats vinculades als ODS:
• el 30 de setembre, una sessió dels Diàlegs sobre joves i valors del treball;
• el 2 d’octubre, una formació sobre capitalisme inclusiu dins del XII Cicle Formatiu de Responsabilitat Social i Sostenibilitat;
• i el 6 d’octubre, la Comissió Territorial de Seguretat i Salut Laboral de Lleida, centrada en la prevenció de la sinistralitat laboral.
Aquestes accions formen part d’un programa més ampli amb jornades sobre plans d’igualtat, agents cancerígens a la feina; els 40 anys de la UE; una sessió amb universitats de Catalunya per reflexionar sobre els reptes en sostenibilitat, que tindran lloc durant el quart trimestre de 2026.
