For touchscreen devices/smartphones, services will generally be limited to diagnostics and advice. It is strongly recommended to have these devices repaired by specialised shops in this field, as they have all the appropriate and necessary tools and expertise to carry out repairs properly.
**What should I check before coming?**
– **The device’s power supply:** Is the indicator light on? Is/are the battery/batteries charged? Is the power cord in good condition?
– **Device maintenance:** Clean the filters of hair dryers and vacuum cleaners, descale a coffee machine using citric acid, or carry out any other necessary maintenance, etc.
**What should I bring for the repair?**
Remember to bring everything needed to test the item you want to have repaired. For a coffee machine, for example, bring coffee or a capsule. For a DVD player, bring a DVD. For a petrol-powered machine, bring your petrol, etc. Bring the charger, cable and manual if necessary.
For your Hi-Fi system: remote control, speakers.
For your TV: cables used for the connection (to the receiver, amplifier).
The replacement part, if you have already identified it.
⚠ Please note that there may not be repairers with the necessary expertise for certain specific types of repairs on the day of the event. Remember to bring everything needed to test your item (coffee for a coffee machine, the power cord, a CD for a CD player, petrol for a combustion engine, etc.).
