On the day of the event, a picnic was organized by the village head for the local community. The event had an integration, educational, and recreational character. Its aim was to provide residents with an opportunity to spend time together and gain new and interesting information about the natural environment.
One of the important elements of the picnic was the presence of representatives of the Forest District, who prepared an educational stand dedicated to forests, trees, and forest management. Participants had the opportunity to learn about the different species of trees found in local forests, the differences between deciduous and coniferous trees, and how to recognize individual species. The representatives of the Forest District also talked about the importance of forests for the environment, animals, and people.
The information concerning the principles of sustainable forest management was particularly interesting. Participants learned how foresters take care of the condition of forests, plan their development, and undertake activities aimed at protecting nature and preserving biodiversity.
The picnic was also an excellent opportunity for conversations, sharing experiences, and strengthening relationships among local residents. Taking part in the event together contributed to building stronger community ties and increasing environmental awareness. The meeting demonstrated that environmental education can be an interesting and valuable way of spending time for people of all ages.
W dniu wydarzenia odbył się piknik zorganizowany przez sołtysa wsi z myślą o lokalnej społeczności. Spotkanie miało charakter integracyjny, edukacyjny i rekreacyjny, a jego celem było stworzenie mieszkańcom okazji do wspólnego spędzenia czasu oraz zdobycia nowych, ciekawych informacji dotyczących środowiska naturalnego.
Jednym z ważnych elementów pikniku była obecność przedstawicieli Nadleśnictwa, którzy przygotowali stoisko edukacyjne poświęcone lasom, drzewom oraz gospodarce leśnej. Uczestnicy wydarzenia mogli dowiedzieć się, jakie gatunki drzew występują w naszych lasach, czym różnią się drzewa liściaste od iglastych oraz jak rozpoznawać poszczególne gatunki. Przedstawiciele Nadleśnictwa opowiadali również o znaczeniu lasów dla środowiska, zwierząt i ludzi.
Dużym zainteresowaniem cieszyły się informacje dotyczące zasad prowadzenia zrównoważonej gospodarki leśnej. Uczestnicy mogli dowiedzieć się, w jaki sposób leśnicy dbają o stan lasów, planują ich rozwój oraz podejmują działania mające na celu ochronę przyrody i zachowanie różnorodności biologicznej.
Piknik był również doskonałą okazją do rozmów, wymiany doświadczeń i integracji mieszkańców.
