Peace of Mind: An Exploration of Applied Yoga Philosophy
A practical Café Philo. In 75 minutes, participants learn what a peaceful mind is and how to cultivate it using yogic techniques.

A practical Café Philo: free, in person and in English.
Your mind spends almost half of your waking hours somewhere other than where you are, and research links that wandering to lower wellbeing. Think of this session as decaf for the mind: 75 minutes over coffee to learn a practical way to settle it, drawing on applied yoga philosophy and current research.
