A free morning exploring water, living soils, biodiversity and sustainable food at Happy’Vers farm.

On Friday 2 October 2026, Happy’Vers farm in Reignac invites local residents, families, young people, farmers, professionals and partner organisations to a free participatory morning exploring the connections between water, living soils, biodiversity, agriculture and sustainable food.
After a welcome breakfast, participants will explore different areas of the farm in small groups. The trail will include watercourses and water management features, the pond and its biodiversity, soil life and vermicomposting, farming practices and local food systems.
At each stage, local stakeholders will share their knowledge, field observations and practical approaches. Participants will also be invited to ask questions and contribute their own experiences and ideas.
The morning will conclude with a participatory quiz led by the Haute-Gironde Territorial Food Initiative, focusing on agriculture and food within the local area.
