Organic and local food for students and employees
Our sports establishment is an ideal place to practice responsible eating, which is a lever for change to achieve the objectives of sustainable development!
On October 1, 2026, the catering service of the National Institute of Boating will organize a festive meal around local and organic food. The territorial services will be invited to participate. The goal is to share internally and externally all the actions implemented by the department in recent years: increased organic and certified purchases, work on waste, team training, greening of dishes, etc.
This event will be communicated before and after to highlight the actions and share with as many people as possible the exemplary nature of the service.
Le 1er octobre 2026, le service restauration de l'Institut national du nautisme organisera un repas festif autour de l'alimentation locale et bio. Les services territoriaux seront invités à participer. L'objectif est de partager en interne et en externe toutes les actions mises en place par le service ces dernières années : hausse des achats bios et labellisés, travail sur les déchets, formation des équipes, végétalisation des plats etc.
Cet évènement fera l'objet d'une communication avant et après pour valoriser les actions et partager au plus grand nombre l'exemplarité du service.
