Old medicines - new knowledge
Collection and recycling of old medicines by pharmaceutical sciences high-school teachers and students with aim to gain knowledge about the pharmaceutical packaging and recycling thereof.
Collection of old and unused medicines will be organized by high school teachers and students of pharmaceuticals sciences. The gathered materials will be sorted for educational purposes: students will gain insight into the various components of pharmaceutical packaging, learning which parts can be recycled and which require special disposal methods. Some of the collected material will be set aside as teaching aids for future lessons, while the rest will be directed to the appropriate recycling stream. Old medicines and pharmaceutical waste will be handed over to a pharmacy for proper disposal in accordance with regulations. At the conclusion of the event, an educational poster or infographic regarding the proper disposal of old medicines will be created.
Nastavnici i učenici srednje škole, usmjerenja farmaceutski tehničar oganizirat će akciju prikupljanja starih i neiskorištenih lijekova u nastavne svrhe. Nakon prikupljanja slijedi edukativno razvrstavanje prikupljenog materijala. Učenici će moći upoznati različite dijelove farmaceutskog pakiranja, naučiti što se od njih može reciklirati, a što zahtijeva posebno zbrinjavanje. Dio prikupljenog materijala ćemo izdvojiti kao nastavni materijal za buduću edukaciju, a preostalo izdvojiti za odgovarajući tok recikliranja. Stare lijekove i farmaceutski otpad će se predati u ljekarnu na zbrinjavanje na propisan način. Na kraju akcije će se kreirati edukativni plakat/infografika o zbrinjavanju starih lijekova.
