How can we prepare learners of all ages for the challenges of our time—not only academically but also personally? In this methodology workshop, you’ll learn about the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) - a framework that focuses on personal competencies for social change.
Together, we’ll explore how the five dimensions - Being, Thinking, Relationships, Collaboration, and Action - can enrich your educational work. Through practical methods and inspiring insights, you’ll experience the IDGs firsthand - and learn how to effectively implement them with your learners.
What can you expect? An in-depth exploration of the Inner Development Goals (IDGs), a variety of online and offline methods centered on the 5 dimensions of the IDGs, opportunities to experiment and reflect, a cozy and personal atmosphere where learning is fun, a certificate of participation after the event, and workshop materials available for download
Target audience for this event: Educators in the school system, educators in the extracurricular sector, and trainers in adult education
Required equipment: A laptop or PC to join the online session, a stable internet connection, and speakers or a headset for listening and speaking
Event via Zoom: The event will be held using the free video conferencing service Zoom.
