Konference “Mans darbs, mana nākotne: cik droši jūtas jaunieši?”
Latvijas Brīvo arodbiedrību savienības organizēta konference par jauniešu nodarbinātības drošību un darba tirgus pārmaiņām.
“My Work, My Future: How Secure Do Young People Feel?” is a conference organised by the Free Trade Union Confederation of Latvia (LBAS) within the framework of European Sustainable Development Week 2026.
The conference will focus on the position of young people in a changing labour market, with particular attention to job security, precarious work and emerging risks in the future of work.
Experts and representatives of public institutions, youth organisations and trade unions will discuss employment trends in Latvia, the challenges young people face in entering and remaining in the labour market, and the conditions needed to ensure more secure and sustainable employment.
The programme includes presentations on current and future risks of precarious work, youth employment trends and labour market developments, followed by an expert panel discussion.
“Mans darbs, mana nākotne: cik droši jūtas jaunieši?” ir Latvijas Brīvo arodbiedrību savienības (LBAS) organizēta konference Eiropas Ilgtspējīgas attīstības nedēļas 2026 ietvaros.
Konferences uzmanības centrā būs jauniešu situācija mainīgajā darba tirgū, īpašu uzmanību pievēršot darba drošībai, nedrošas nodarbinātības riskiem un nākotnes darba izaicinājumiem.
Eksperti, valsts institūciju, jauniešu organizāciju un arodbiedrību pārstāvji diskutēs par nodarbinātības tendencēm Latvijā, izaicinājumiem, ar kuriem jaunieši saskaras darba tirgū, un priekšnoteikumiem drošākai un ilgtspējīgākai nodarbinātībai.
Programmā paredzētas prezentācijas par nedroša darba riskiem šodien un nākotnē, jauniešu situāciju darba tirgū un nodarbinātības tendencēm, kā arī ekspertu paneļdiskusija.
