GREENDALE Mentors' International Training Workshop

Training that will equip mentors and HEI representatives with the practical skills needed to design, implement and evaluate sustainability‑focused internships using the GREENDALE Handbook.

The training forms part of the Erasmus+ project “GREENDALE: Green Dimension – Adapting Learning in Higher Education”, which aims to strengthen sustainability skills among higher education students through innovative learning approaches and work‑based learning opportunities. As part of this initiative, company mentors will be trained to support students in developing and applying green skills and sustainability competences during their internships.

The project brings together six partners from Malta, Greece and Slovakia, with each country represented by a higher education institution and an enterprise or NGO. This structure ensures close collaboration between academic learning and work‑based environments, creating a comprehensive framework for sustainability‑focused internship development.
