From seed to plate: let’s cultivate sustainable food in Régina

Raising awareness among the residents of Régina, particularly families and young people, about the connections between food, biodiversity, local agriculture, health, and waste reduction through a series of participatory activities. The idea is for planting not to be an isolated activity but the starting point for a comprehensive reflection on our food.
Sensibiliser les habitants de Régina, en particulier les familles et les jeunes, aux liens entre alimentation, biodiversité, agriculture locale, santé et réduction des déchets grâce à un parcours d'animations participatives.
L'idée est que la plantation ne soit pas une activité isolée mais le point de départ d'une réflexion complète sur notre alimentation.
