Food Waste Talk & Cookery Demonstration
Food Waste Talk and Live Cookery Demonstration using seasonal food from the local community garden
Environmental Awareness Officer Dee Sewell, and local zero waste chef Derek Oman from the Food Change Collective will be sharing tips on how to shop smarter, seasonally and locally, avoiding food waste from shop to plate.
All attendees will be provided with a copy of the Saved and Savoured recipe book, a publication that was created by Carlow County Council from recipes provided by Carlow chefs and cooks from the most wasted foods.
