Employee Swap Shop

In support of SDG Week 2026 and the wider European Sustainable Development Week (ESDW), Bennett will be hosting an Employee Swap Shop for one hour across our construction projects and offices. The initiative supports UN Sustainable Development Goal 12 – Responsible Consumption and Production by encouraging employees to pass on unwanted but usable items rather than throwing them away. By giving these items a second life, the Swap Shop aims to reduce waste, promote reuse and encourage more sustainable consumption habits across our workforce.
