Cohésion Inside—An Even More Sustainable Edition
CFA FORMA PLUS TP MEM apprentices team up for a Cohésion Inside experience combining collective challenges, teamwork and sustainable action, designed and facilitated by Francine B Consulting.
As a training provider deeply committed to the success and retention of its apprentices, FORMA PLUS views team cohesion as a key driver of their educational journey. Each graduating class thus benefits from its own Cohésion Inside day.
To organize these events, FORMA PLUS relies on the expertise of Francine B Consulting, the creator and facilitator of the “Cohésion Inside” program.
On September 28, 2026, it will be the TP MEM apprentices’ turn to join in the fun! By stepping outside the usual classroom setting, they will discover new sides of themselves, reveal qualities and talents they may not have known they had, encourage one another, and learn to rely on each other. Their perspectives will shift, and, little by little, the class will truly become a team.
Sustainable development is already an integral part of the Cohésion Inside experience. With this event taking place during European Sustainable Development Week, FORMA PLUS and Francine B Consulting have decided to go even further by offering:
• a more locally sourced snack, featuring regional products and homemade dishes;
• less packaging, reusable tableware, and a greater focus on reducing food waste;
• a team quiz to challenge preconceived notions and promote responsible practices at the CFA, in daily life, and in the workplace.
A practical and enjoyable way to bring to life the theme of sustainable food promoted by the 2026 European Year of Sustainable Development (SEDD).
Building sustainable teams also means learning to live together, cooperate, and care for the group. By strengthening trust, psychosocial skills, and a sense of belonging, this day fosters motivation, commitment, and retention in training.

Acteur de la formation particulièrement engagé dans la réussite et le maintien en formation de ses apprentis, FORMA PLUS fait de la cohésion un véritable levier de leur parcours. Chaque promotion bénéficie ainsi de sa journée Cohésion Inside.
Pour déployer ces journées, FORMA PLUS s’appuie sur l’expertise de Francine B Consulting, concepteur et animateur du dispositif Cohésion Inside.
Le 28 septembre 2026, ce sera au tour des apprentis TP MEM d’entrer dans le jeu ! En sortant du cadre habituel des cours, ils se découvriront autrement, révéleront des qualités et des talents parfois insoupçonnés, s’encourageront et apprendront à compter les uns sur les autres. Les regards changeront et, peu à peu, la promotion fera véritablement équipe.
Le développement durable fait déjà partie de l’expérience Cohésion Inside. Cette journée se déroulant pendant la Semaine européenne du développement durable, FORMA PLUS et Francine B Consulting choisissent d’aller encore plus loin avec :
• une collation plus locale, faisant la part belle aux produits du territoire et aux préparations maison ;
• moins d’emballages, de la vaisselle réutilisable et une attention renforcée au gaspillage alimentaire ;
• un quiz en équipes pour bousculer les idées reçues et faire émerger des pratiques responsables au CFA, au quotidien et en entreprise.
Une façon concrète et conviviale de faire vivre le thème de l’alimentation durable porté par la SEDD 2026.
Faire équipe durablement, c’est aussi apprendre à vivre ensemble, coopérer et prendre soin du collectif. En renforçant la confiance, les compétences psychosociales et le sentiment d’appartenance, cette journée nourrit la motivation, l’engagement et le maintien en formation.
