Ateliers autour de l'alimentation durable
Employees and patients are offered three workshops created by ADEME focusing on sustainable food and adapted to the context of Réunion: "Waste or Not," "Two Baskets Under the Microscope," and "Discovering Plant-Based Proteins." A questionnaire on food waste will also be distributed to facilitate subsequent work on reducing waste within the organization.
Proposition aux salariés et aux patients des 3 ateliers créés par l'ADEME autour de l'alimentation durable, adaptés au contexte réunionnais : "Gaspillage ou pas"; "Deux paniers à la loupe" et "A la découverte des protéines végétales". Un questionnaire sur le gaspillage alimentaire sera également remis pour ensuite travailler à la réduction du gaspillage en interne.
